Infradata has joined the Dutch Hosting Provider Association (DHPA) as a business partner. In so doing, the network integrator for the service provider market underpins the importance of keeping the fast-growing hosting market transparent for its end users.

The DHPA Foundation represents the interests of the thirty leading hosting and cloud providers in the Netherlands. Together, these make an important contribution to the national economy. The Dutch online sector is one of the biggest in the world and is estimated to facilitate 33% of the entire e-commerce turnover in Europe. The core values of the DHPA participants are professionalism, quality and transparency. By overseeing the application of these core values in practice, the DHPA helps to enhance confidence in the online industry as a whole.

“Preferably, we seek cooperation with market participants that have a proven affinity with the sector and that subscribe to our core values”, says Michiel Steltman, director at the DHPA. “A supplier such as Infradata fits in well with this aim. Its professional approach, expert knowledge and commitment to our activities will help us to realise our goals.”

Professionalisation of the market

“We support and underwrite the importance of keeping the fast-growing hosting market transparent for its end users. With a growing number of Dutch organisations offering hosting services, it is essential to have a seal of quality to show that certain rules and standards of quality are being adhered to. Conformity to the rules and regulations of the DHPA lays the foundation for further professionalisation in the market, thereby creating the necessary trust for long-term cooperation”, says Nino Tomovski, Managing Director of Infradata.
